The educational goals of undergraduate programs are to educate students to become life-long learners with positivity, enthusiasm, modesty, gentleness, dedication, and global version, excellent professional educators and caregivers for infants and young children, or professionals in child-related industries with potentials to invent, develop, and innovate.

The educational goals of Master’s degree programs are to educate students to become advanced level child care professionals, researchers, and administrators in early childhood programs and related industries.

  To abide professional ethics of early child education and care profession.
  To be familiar with trends of early child related industries.
  To have diverse perspectives, creativity, and flexibility.

  To have communication and team-work abilities.
  To have critical and independent thinking and self-learning abilities.
  To have abilities to use information technology and mass media.



Courses of Master’s degree programs are designed to equip students with the following abilities:

l To have abilities to integrate theories and practices of early child education and care
l To have abilities to find research questions, design, and conduct research.
l To have administration leadership and business management abilities
